微软实习生职位 UX Intern (艺术设计专业的同学请注意了)

Delight customers with the total user experience we deliver to them

As a user experience designer intern, you ll get to help design the UX, including interaction design, human interface design, scenario development and visual direction, and help to actively contribute towards strategic vision. The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented, customer focused and self starter. The ability to understand evolving user behavior and complex technical considerations and propose and deliver simple solutions is critical. You ll also work directly with other key team members including Software Design Engineers, Software Design Engineers in Test, and Program Managers. Your passion to deliver world class innovative interaction models and look and feel will be the key for your success.

Requirements:

Ability to create sample deliverables include: wireframes, interaction flows, high-fidelity prototype, and design specs

Ability to do paper prototyping and iterative the design fast

Ability to brainstorm and collaborate with other designers and the product development teams on new product features

Familiarity with UCD (user centered design) process

Familiarity with Photoshop, HTML, CSS is a plus

BA degree in Information Design, HCI or related field is a plus
