职责描述

1.服务用户Helpdesk支持

2.解决终端PC及外设等技术故障

3.负责安装发放PC给所有用户

4.配合完成PC资产管理

5.配合项目经理实施服务项目

职位要求

1、熟练掌握电脑软/硬件维修维护；

2、熟练掌握网络打印共享和宽带路由器配置；

3、熟练掌握网络病毒的防护和基本的网络安全；

4、熟练掌握MS Windows XP/MS office/Outlook等应用软件的使用和数据备份；

5、熟练掌握Windows域操作和相关网络服务的配置；

6、英语阅读能力良好，具备一定的口语沟通能力；

7、品行良好，有上进心，工作认真负责，有吃苦精神；

8、每周保证工作时间4天以上
