其它要求：Position: Management Trainee Working Location: Shanghai Job Responsibilities: Every Management Trainee is responsible for planning and managing his or her learning and career in a way that is consistent with the needs of the organization and the logistics market at large. This includes determining the career path and development needs with his or her training; demonstrating a willingness to grow and learn through work experience; and taking full advantage of the training and development opportunities available to him or her. Moreover, during the learning process, he or she can contribute some ideas to enhance/improve the Management Trainee Program. Job Requirements: -Bachelor degree, industrial engineering/ logistics engineering/ logistics management/ International economy & trade/ English or relevant discipline; -Densely interested in leading 3PL/LSP and willing to work continuously in our Kerry Logistics; -Strong in self-learning and self-motivated; -Good command of English communication skill and MS Office, CET 6 is a must; -Positive attitude, high sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure; -Good interpersonal skills and team player.
