A two-year international Programme
The Graduate Programme is a great entry to an exciting, global career at Vestas. During the two-year Programme you get the opportunity to work eight months at three different Vestas locations such as the US, China, India, Singapore, Spain, Poland, Sweden, Germany, The Netherlands, UK and Denmark.
The three Modules
In each Module you will be challenged to solve high priority projects with peers and experienced colleagues around the world and you will become part of a global network of top talents. For each Module you will be placed in a position that fits your individual profile and competences.
The Training Camps
During the four Training Camps and in your every day work, you get to make a difference by using and developing your professional, theoretical and personal skills.
The purpose of the camps is for you to get insight into the business by visiting different Vestas locations and production units around the world. At the camps you will get presentations by the top-management and you will be working together with your team members on workshops covering relevant and high priority topics within production, sales and strategy.
Managers and mentors
You will work with various managers related to your projects and will be assigned an experienced colleague as a mentor to guide you in your career decisions. Hereby, we ensure that your career is on the right track.
Your network
Working with people from many different cultures and business units builds up your global mindset. During the three different modules of the Programme, you will get a unique insight into the complexity of the business and thereby establish an international network across the organization.

We take on graduate students in various fields for the Graduate Programme and one thing all Graduates have in common is the fast-track career opportunity they are offered afterwards. The Graduate Programme is a strategic decision to invest in our future leaders, specialists and project managers.
