Main Responsibilities:

Work as an team assistant to support team members both business and admin aspects

Write reports and presentation, set meetings with internal and external parties

Translate documents from English to Chinese and vice/versa

Able to run simple administrative task

Other assigned tasks

Job Requirement:

Students in their bachelor or master degree,

Major in Finance or Economics

Fluent English both in oral and written

French speaking is a plus

Familiar MS office , very good Excel and PowerPoint skills

Proactive, reliable and team spirit

Able to deliver and meet expectation
