Bachelor above of Science, major in information service, computer information management preferred. 2. Minimum of 8 years of working experiences with 5 years of regulatory industry and familiar with the requirements of basic GMP, regulatory, BOH. 3. Has advanced knowledge in specific field or general knowledge across many areas of CSV. 4. The requirements of GMP, regulatory and BOH regarding CSV. 5. Risk management. 6. Project management. 7. Excellent English in oral and written. 8. Demonstrated interpersonal, facilitation and organizational skills are very important. Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English. 9. Good at analysis, problem solving and decision making. 10. Proficiency in computer applications relevant to the job. Responsibilities 1. Has advanced knowledge in a specific field or general knowledge across many areas of CSV. 2. Expands by depth and/or breadth into other related quality and compliance areas. 3. Ability to leverage advanced CSV technical knowledge/skill CSV to provide entering/training to junior staff. 4. Has quality oversight for CSV projects in a group. 5. Once broad CSV project objectives have been established in consultation with the supervisor, the individual independently develops specific plans and prioritizes these to achieve CSV project goals. 6. Alternatively, has responsibility for the application of major quality and compliance standards to technical aspects of computer system and/or quality system projects. 7. Demonstrates ability to routinely carry out complex CSV projects as indicated by a successful completion. 8. Work on or initiate CSV projects with technical risk. 9. Develops the ability to define appropriate approaches and methodologies, some innovative and creative, to achieve CSV project goals. 10. Once broad CSV project objectives have been established in consultation with the supervisor, the individual independently develops specific plans and prioritizes these to achieve CSV project goals. 11. IT Project Management ConsultantRequirements 1. B.S. degree in Pharmacy, Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or Operations Management or B.A. in Business Administration with 4-5 or more years of professional project management experience in the information technology industry. MBA with 3 or more years of related project management experience preferred. 2. Training in project management techniques and scheduling software is essential to success in this position. Training is required to master the unique situations which arise with global regulatory requirements, including FDA and SOX requirements. Training on IS policies and procedures also required. Responsibilities Participates in the execution of small scale projects related to technology solutions: 1. Participates in short-term projects involving few team members and one functional unit with few interdependencies to other functional units or projects. Project contexts or environments are very stable, with a low number of distinct disciplines, methods, and approaches, low legal, social, or environmental implications, and low overall expected financial impact and strategic importance. 2. Coordinates assignments among team members. 3. Monitors and evaluates project performance using technical expertise and project management skills. 4. Monitors risks to projects. Provides solutions to a wide range of problems using established methods. May seek solutions through collaboration with experts. 5. Reflects on practice. Develops action plans for assignments: 1. Defines scope of team assignments. Develops action plans for completing identified work items. 2. Confirms project success criteria. 3. Develops and integrates project baselines. Assists with management of stakeholder relationships: 1. Assists with identifying and addressing stakeholder interests. 2. Supports effective individual and team performance. 3. Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure appropriate project-related communications. 4. Assists in the facilitation of external stakeholder participation. Assists with product acceptance: 1. Assists in definition of project’s product. 2. Collaborates with project team to develop a means of appropriately monitoring and controlling product changes. 3. Collaborates with stakeholders to secure acceptance of the product. Responsible for project transitions: Executes project start-up, transition between project phases and closure through scheduling and other project management processes. Evaluates and improves project performance: 1. Develops plan for project evaluation utilizing department specifications and other accepted practices. 2. Evaluates project in accordance with plan and captures and applies learning. Associate Purchasing ManagerRequirements 1. Educational Qualification & Experience Required. 2. Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistic, Purchasing / Material Management or a related qualification. 3. Diploma with minimum 5 years planning and buying experience, preferably in Food Manufacturing or related process and packaging industry. 4. Computer literate and familiar with ERP or computerized inventory control system. Responsibilities 1. To procure all direct materials established through the Master Production Schedule and Materials Plan and according to stock policies. 2. Co-ordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and/or packaging components and expedite deliveries if required. 3. Co-ordinate with supplier on the return of rejected material and obtain credit accordingly. 4. Liaise with the Purchasing Manager in obtaining price, term and condition of the direct material. 5. Provide report on raw material inventory status on a monthly basis. 6. Monitor and report on the supplier delivery performance report on a quarterly basis. 7. Review, analyse and report the purchase price variance (PPV) against the standard cost and actual purchase price on a monthly basis. 8. To manage third party manufacturing material requirement. 9. Participate in yearly budget process by providing materials requirement. 10. Lead in addressing all quality, delivery and/or performance issues with users and suppliers. 11. Actively support all Purchasing goals/strategies, programs and projects. 12. Be knowledgeable with applicable Level I and II policies, procedures and guidelines. To ensure continuous compliance to GMP in designated areas of responsibilities. 13. Responsible for the exercising of maximum care, good judgment and behavior in preventing EHS incidents. 14. During start-up period of project, serve on the SAP project team as the lead representative of the Purchasing Department. 15. Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior / Purchasing Manager.
