Job Description
• Graphic designers produce design solutions to communicate their clients' messages with high visual impact.
• Graphic design solutions are required for a huge variety of products and activities, such as websites, advertising, books, magazines, posters, product packaging, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications and corporate identity, e.g. giving SunFly a visual 'brand'.
• Working to a brief agreed with the sales manager, a graphic designer develops creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the objectives.
• The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

Typical Work Activities include:
• meeting managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job;
• interpreting the company's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose;
• estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for managers;
• developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research;
• thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;
• using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time;
• presenting finalised ideas and concepts to managers;
• working with a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD);
• proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work;
• contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief;
• demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches;
• keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programmes
• working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.
Qualification
•Self-motivated, hard working, responsible & work independently
•Familiar design software such as CorelDRAW, FreeHand Photoshop, Flash MX, Dreamweaver and MUST be proficient in Illustrator CS on Mac as most graphic design work is now completed on a computer
•Experience in artwork output, web design, exhibition and photography acknowledge preferable
•Able to work with tight deadlines and under pressure

-利用高视觉冲击传达客户信息。

-研究并收集信息和数据，提出设计大纲；
-提出具有造性的思想和观念；
-在有限的成本和时间限制条件下，重新定义设计大纲；
-向经理陈述最终的思想和观念；
-大量利用摄影和CAD；
-校正，以保证精确及高质量的工作；
-为大纳提供全部的思想和设计；
-利用草图演示直观技巧；
-保持图案的新颖性，尤其是设计
职位要求
-自我激励、工作勤奋、具责任心和独立工作能力
-熟悉CorelDRAW, FreeHand Photoshop, Flash MX, Dreamweaver等软件，精通Illustrator CS
-具有工艺输出、网站设计、展会、摄影知识者更佳
-能够在紧迫的时间氛围内工作，能承受一定的工作压力
