Responsibilities
- Enter new ticket information
- send the related emails to users (upon request)
- enter the closed ticket information
- contact Helpdesk about status of ticket
- day time monitor
- generate weekly statatics
- generate monthly reporting
- ticket tools backup(monthly)
- other admin tasks(e.g. Visa, hotel, ticket....)
- or anything else

Requirement:
- University degree (Student)
- English
- Commitment
- IT background/ Business support background preferred, but not mandatory
- Communication
- Teamwork
- Self-management/time management.
