The Position:
Provides administrative support to Head of Drug Safety and the Shanghai DS and Medical information team.
Assists in staff hiring, document filing and archiving, budget planning & monitoring of the DS department.
Co-ordinate DS activities, meetings and collaborative projects with other PDZ functions, SRPL departments, PDS, SFDA and medical communities.

Education: Bachelor
Excellent communication and coordination ability and skills in liaison with internal and external personnel.
Good command of English translation of scientific references
Language: Fluent Written and spoken English and Chinese
Computer skill: Versatile computer user with Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Microsoft project, Photoshop
Other skills and/or competence: Additional skills preferable
