Who We Are:

Great Wall Research LLC (“GWR”) was founded by several former Wall Street and/or

Chinese professionals with diverse cultural backgrounds and a combined 50 years of

experience offering financial advisory services to Chinese companies.

GWR bridges the financial information gap between Chinese companies and U.S. investors.

With offices and staff in both China and the U.S., we are equipped to gather facts on the

ground, analyze and interpret them, and then disseminate readable, usable business

intelligence.

What We Do:

Prepare industry and company reports for use by investors located outside of China

* We have on-the-ground staff in China collecting and gathering information on various

industries and private and public companies and transform the information into

research reports worth reading

* We provide customized Chinese industry and company research products to investors

outside of China

Provide investor relations services for Chinese companies listed in U.S. and other financial

markets outside of China

* We help management understand investor relations and expectations of the investment

community outside of China

* Along with the management, we review the existing PR/IR strategy and make

appropriate changes to meet market and investment community’s demand

* Our services include assistance with the preparation of earnings announcements,

investor presentations, investor packages, corporate profiles and executive speeches

* We also help Chinese company prepare English?version websites that meet foreign

investors expectations

Help Chinese companies find reputable foreign investors seeking to provide capital and other

forms of financing

* We find and source deals through a diverse set of personal relationships

* Deals are reviewed and screened to identify those that offer the greatest potential to

investors

* Once projects are assessed and selected, we work with Chinese management to prepare

company information and presentations in a format appropriate for a “Wall Street”

audience

* We assist in driving each transaction by serving as an on-going liaison between

investors and Chinese companies to ensure a successful closing

Sheena Shen, CPA, CFA

Sheena grew up in China and came to the U.S. on a volleyball scholarship in 1991. Prior to

starting Great Wall Research LLC, Sheena had spent 10 years working for Deloitte & Touche

LLP as a senior auditor, for UBS and JPMorgan Chase in equity research covering the

consumer goods and technology industries. Her education includes a bachelor degree in

accounting from Brigham Young University Hawaii and an MBA from the University of

Connecticut. She is a chartered financial analyst and certified public accountant.

Davis Dong

Davis has over 15 years of experience in commodities trading in China. In 2000, he joined

Fondel International, the 3rd largest stainless steel scrap supplier in the world, as the chief

representative of its Beijing office, responsible for all of Fondel’s business in the Far East,

including Korea, Japan and Taiwan. Previously, Davis worked for Gibo GMBH, a German

company. Davis holds a masters degree in Economics focusing on international finance

from the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in China.

John Armstrong

Early in his career John worked as a marketing and communications professional for a small,

struggling industrial firm before moving up to become its general manager. After turning

that enterprise around, at the dawn of the personal computer age, he organized and led a

firm that engineered networks and developed custom business applications, mostly for

financial service businesses. Building on that experience, he joined the systems department

of a startup securities firm specializing in convertible arbitrage. Most recently he has been

advising companies on technology and business communications issues. John received a

bachelor's degree in English from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business

School.

Roman Moravec, CPA

Roman worked in the audit and assurance business at Deloitte & Touche LLP where he

audited Tri-state area financial services companies including Interactive Brokers and

Greenwich Capital. After Deloitte, Roman joined a Greenwich-based hedge fund, managing

more than $5 billion assets, as a senior fund analyst. He received his master’s degree in

Accounting from Pace University in Manhattan. Roman is a certified public accountant.
