Position:Trainee（Personal Assistant to the Chief Representative）

Responsibilities:

Provide professional support to the Chief Representative

Perform various analyst and document duties such as researching, drafting and proposal writing

Maintain a proficient knowledge of the business and related environment

Schedule and arrange conference calls, meetings or other operational activities

Assist with preparation of spreadsheet and presentation materials

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree majored in Economy/Finance/Investment required, MBA highly preferred, CFA strongly desired

Aggressive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight schedule

Ability to communicate well in English and Mandarin
