Send, receive and distribute faxes or mails timely. Make travel arrangement for visitors and staff, such as flight and hotel rooms booking. Great and direct all visitor, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers. Translate documents both English to Chinese and Chinese to English. Keep and make sure the safe use of company keys. Company vehicle management. Be good as operating office equipments such as copy machine, fax machine and so on. Work as required 基本要求/Position Qualifications: Minimum Education: At least College or above, fluent in both English speaking and writing, major in English, secretary or related fields. Minimum Skills: · Good communication skills · Comfortable appearance · Good at written and spoken English · Good computer skills in both Excel and Word · Be willing to provide service as required · Excellent interpersonal skills and coordination experience.
