Job Description

Develops, implements, and maintains computer-based systems to meet business requirements. Application Developers analyze, design, construct, train, and implement application systems. Activities include documenting decisions, adhering to standards and communicating with business groups. Other responsibilities may include providing standards and/or guidelines for development, responding to customer and/or client requests or events as they occur, and developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.

Qualifications

You should possess a Masters degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience). You must be highly self-motivated and have excellent verbal and written communications skills, and the ability to provide effective, hands-on technical leadership in a results-oriented, team environment. Additional qualifications include:

- Project management experience with Capability Maturity Model� Integration (CMMi)

- Strong technical background on cutting-edge Web and Internet development technologies in Microsoft* development environment including Windows* 2000 and/or XP and/or 2003, Object-Oriented methodology with .NET* Framework, C#, VB*, Java*, ASP*, DHTML, JavaScript*, ADO* and/or *, and SQL* 2000

- Ability to work in a globally dispersed team environment, and be flexible to take projects of any type

- Willingness to travel abroad for months

- Experience on COM with C++, Office VBA* programming, OLAP, Linux* and/or UNIX* programming would be an added advantage
