U．Senior Test Engineer
Redmond L62-L63

Position Overview:

The Legal and Corporate Affairs IT organization is looking for highly-motivated Senior Test Engineer provide leadership for our new test team and to join our world-class testing organization. In this position, you will be responsible for 1) planning and leading a team on test execution, 2) triaging and following defects through to proper resolutions, 3) working collaboratively with the project and global teams - to deliver on-time, state-of-the-art business solutions with quality.

As an LCAIT lead test engineer, you will be tasked with understanding the functional and technical details of an application, and then defining and leading the appropriate testing approach for the defined scope of work. For all projects, you will ensure appropriate test coverage – e.g. functional tests, database tests, documentation/technical reviews, security tests, performance tests, etc. You will strive for timely and accurate completion of testing milestones following defined processes. In the Test Lead role, you must demonstrate collaborative teaming skills in a global environment, organizational skills, effective communication on project status/issues, and creative problem solving. Exhibiting keen enthusiasm for the testing discipline and team building is a must!

Job Responsibilities and Deliverables:
• Own testing of the end-to-end business solution.
• Develop in-depth business knowledge of the application.
• Define, document, and communicate test approach using standard processes for Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Reviews.
