Switz President and CEO, ADC Professionals Available RF Engineer Job Responsibilities: The position is to support the development of RF modules and circuits including RAU, EH and MH for the In-Building Wireless RF development team in Shenzhen, China . The position will participate as part of a product development team, designing our next generation wireless over fiber technology. Preferred Technical Degree MS or BS in the following majors l TELECOMMUNICATION l COMPUTER SCIENCE l ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING l MICROWAVE Position Qualifications: l Minimum of BSEE, MSEE preferred l In depth knowledge of RF and/or optical system design a must l Experience in subsystem analysis including Dynamic Range, IMD gain distributions, leakage rejection, thermal drift l Capability in designing RF circuits including AGC circuits, PLL, RF chain, IF chain, Frequency converter l Experience with all aspects of the product development process required l Product development team leadership experience a plus Preferred Position Core Competencies: l Experienced working with two-way wireless networking systems. l Create system and product requirements; generate system, interface and test specifications, write technical reports. l Conduct system analysis and perform problem investigation and resolution. l Expertise in use of RF/Microwave analysis tools (e.g. Microwave Office AWR, Agilent ADS, Protel, PADS, Mathcad) and RF laboratory test equipment. l Expertise in systems design, link analysis, Cascaded RF Analysis, technology and cost tradeoffs. l English communication skill is required.
