Caterpillar R & D Center (China) Co., Ltd (CRDC) is established to support Caterpillar’s strategic goal to achieve profitable leadership in emerging markets. CRDC’s mission is to provide research & development and intellectual property management excellence and expertise to support the implementation and execution of Caterpillar’s emerging market strategies in China. Through qualified technical talents and partnerships with universities, CRDC’s mission is to be the industry leader in China for R&D and intellectual property management.

CaterpillarR & D Center is located in Qingdao and Wuxi. We are looking for talents with Bachelor & Master degrees in the following engineering fields:

· Vehicle Engineering （车辆工程）

· Internal Combustion Engine （内燃机发动机）

· Heat Exchanger （热交换）

· Material Engineering （材料工程）

· Industrial Design （工业设计）

· Mechanical Design & Theory (机械设计及理论)

Fluent speaking and writing skills are required in both Mandarin and English.
