Main Responsibilities:

The Human Resources Manager is in charge of all Human Resources activities of the company’s operations in China.

Specific Accountabilities include:
1.Apply expert knowledge and understanding of corporate human resources functions, processes and the interdependencies of such processes;
2.Plan, develop and implement the company’s local China HR management and development strategies in conjunction with the headquarters global HR strategy;
3.Actively support the management team with the recruitment of key personnel: screening and interviewing, evaluation of applicant skills and recommendations regarding qualifications
4.Design and implement the company’s local China compensation structure and other motivational training, retaining and employee development programs to establish a fair and attractive working environment;
5.Understand Chinese labor and employment law and stay abreast of changes;
6.Maintain positive relations with various government agencies and officials involved in the employment sector;
7.Conduct site HR activities such as new employee orientation, as well as administering and explaining benefits to employees;
8.Act as an advisor to managers regarding HR processes and procedures;
9.Resolve labor relation issues as needed;
10.Develop retention programs for key personnel;
11.Develop Internship program with local universities;
12.Implement Training program;
13.Reduce turnover below 5% annually;
14.Key member of Customer Audit Team;
15.Develop and serve as mentor for local HR managers.

Qualification & Experiences:

1.Minimum university degree; MBA a plus
2.A creative thinker with at least 8-10 years of HR experience in mainland China of handling the creation , development and retention of a dynamic team and building cross cultural working environments (preferably with an international company);
3.Knowledge of local employment law;
4.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both local employees and ex-pats from various foreign countries;
5.Mature personality and ready to be accountable for opinions/ actions;
6.Professional presence and ability to provide a positive company image to the public;
7.Highest level of confidentiality, integrity and commitment to the job.
