BU Description

As part of IBM integrated Supply Chain, ISC SW Shanghais mission is to provide highest value and competitive advantage in the marketplace to the IBM software business (ESW & DSW Products) throughout Asia Pacific areas.

- Provide innovative, world-class physical and electronic delivery of all IBM software products, publications, and maintenance.

- Provide value-added fulfillment services for IBM software and publications.

- Enable software systems with reliable, consistent software data.

Job Responsibilities

Operation Optimization:

- Monitor and optimize the process of operation and resource allocation based on the workload dynamically, ensuring software orders are fulfilled within our commitment to the clients.

- Initiate tactical and strategic programs and processes involving multiple aspects of operation.

- Perform root cause analysis, monitor trends, analyze requirements and institute programs and solutions that ensure customer satisfaction and help meet required business results.

- Ensure resolution of fulfillment related problems and disputes for the team.

- Ensure compliance to all auditing guidelines and adhere to all established processes.

- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.

Project Management:

- Lead on international, cross-function projects within IBM Supply Chain organization, responsible for project planning, implementing and control.

- Identify, estimate and present cost, schedule and business / technical risk for the project committing multiple resources.

- Work according to plans developed by the project management team.

- Translate those portions of internal / external requirements into plans to culminate in customer acceptance of results while meeting business objectives.

- Engage as a professional who advises others and work with team members to articulate, compare, and implement solutions and alternative approaches based upon project management principles.

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)

- Self motivated and goal driven attitude, eager to learn

- Excellent analysis skill

- Excellent teamwork

- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (both written and oral)

Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates)

- Bachelor or above

- CET-6 or above
