对所招聘职位的具体要求： 招聘职位一: 数据库维护 (Data entry)将收到最新的产品信息和报价录入到系统，实时更新数据，为顾客提供在线咨询、报价，联系南美客户。要求：大专以上学历，英语四级以上，口语流利，能在英文操作系统下工作。熟悉office系统，尤其是excel。工作踏实，能够承受夜班压力，具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力，有工作经验者佳。上班时间：晚上11点到早上8点。工作地点：徐家汇。Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Entering Data in System after receiving the latest product information and quotation, and updating the data timely. 2. Providing online service and sending quotation to customers. 3. Contacting customers in South-America. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: 1. College degree or above 2. CET-4 or above, command in oral, reading and written English.招聘职位二: 国际业务代表( International sales)通过互联网的各种渠道开发国际客户, 了解客户情况并促成订单.要求英文听,说优秀, 能承受销售工作的压力, 主要面对欧洲客户,上班时间：中午12点至晚上9点。工作地点：徐家汇。偏好有以下任一经验/背景者:计算机专业贸易专业销售经验国际贸易经验中/高级口译, 6级, 专4, 专8,懂二外者更佳， 如日语、德语、法语、西班牙语等Primary Function / Major Responsibilities:1. Searching the international potential customers through Internet and other channels. Sell, promote company products and close the deals. 2. Representing the Company to the customers. Reply the customers inquiry. Responsible for the SO maintain, shipment tracking and RMA. 3. Creating and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. 4. Researching information of assigned product such as model, marketing and price. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Computer Science or International Trade major. Working experience is preferred. 2. CET6 or above. Good at oral English. The second foreign language is preferred such as Japanese, German, French, and Spanish. 3. Being capable of working under high pressure. 4. Team work and communication skills.
