McKinsey & Company（麦肯锡公司） is a global management consulting firm advising leading companies and institutions on issues of strategy, organization, technology, and operations with more than 80 offices worldwide.

For our Shanghai office, we seek:

Operator

Primary Responsibility

•Answer and transfer internal/external calls
•Take message and follow up if necessary
•Update telephone list on a monthly basis
•Undertake other ad-hoc admin tasks

Expected Credentials

•University graduate with major in English or Business Administration
•Good communication skills both in English and Mandarin
•Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills
•Good team player

Please be aware that this is a full-time position, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week.
