Title: PC Product Sheets Developer
Responsibility:
This person will obtain product information from many sources to create product sheets for PC products covering model differences, technical features, preloaded software, hardware options, and warranty options. The products features must be thoroughly understood to create the exact, well-researched product sheets. The developer must learn the features of products and determine how to word the document. The developer may need to contact the product experts to clarify the accuracy of various features. These product sheets are used to lead customers to purchase and differentiate Lenovo PC products.
Qualification:
Knowledge of PC hardware: processors, graphics, disks etc. Production of technically accurate documents Project management Technical writing English skills
Technical: think产品预装的软件,TVT (think ventage technology),售前,售后,销售,等等
Service: 一线接电话人员的培训,软件,硬件的培训,流利的英语听说读写
