[B]SPECIFIC KNOWLEGE:
Strong analytical skills, Strong knowledge of business process and commercial policy, sales trends; responsible, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, result-oriented, English – fluent
Computer skills - advanced Excel, Access, MS Office user

AREAS of RESPONSIBILITIES and related ACTIVITES :

Forecast accuracy and sell in – sell out consistency

• Supports Sales Operation manager in constantly monitoring and assessing forecasts by consolidating and analyzing weekly sales plans from regional sales manager and stock data from distributors
• Analyze scan data, data from promoters, call card data and stock data and ensure consistency of sell-in sell-out reporting

Building Blocks project analysis (Monitoring of Building Blocks, sell out, implementation of activities)

• Collects and analyses all available data from Panel including Freshness reports and Nielsen retail audit and scan track data to monitor achievement of BB targets, provides reporting on achievement of Building Blocks KPIs

• Follows up sell-out on an on going basis through scan data and promote r data as well as sales statistics and stock data from distributors, and call card reports

• Analyze building blocks reports

Data input
• Collect call cards and make input into analytical system
• Collect stock reports and input into analytical system
• Generate building blocks reports for further analysis
