We are a high-profile, family styled team committed to ambitious innovation on Apple’s rapidly evolving platform (a UNIX based platform). We are looking for software engineers in testing to deliver first class Macintosh software: Microsoft Office for Mac.

Your main responsibilities include being the quality advocates for customers, driving the product’s quality through the whole product cycle, developing automation testing program, writing test plans/test cases and execute test cases.

Candidates should have at least BS in computer science (or equivalent), 2+ years of software testing experience as well as good communication and collaboration skills. Experience with script programming, Macintosh platform or UNIX platform is a plus, but not required.

Software Development Engineer – MBD – RTC

Responsibilities

Would you like to be a key contributor to help ship the next wave of Microsofts UC (Unified Communications) product suite in the enterprise market? Would you like to build brand new code from the ground up and participate in the initial design and architecture work? Would you like to work on a product that has been growing rapidly in the enterprise market and is positioned for ever larger growth in the near future?

We are looking for a highly motivated Software Design Engineer to help develop a new paradigm for deployment and management of Office Communication Server infrastructure. In this position you will work closely with peer developers, testers, and program managers to design and implement product features within a key project of Microsoft’s Unified Communications solution. You will have a unique opportunity to help shape the product features and dramatically improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

A BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or related degree required
Minimum 4 years of experience in design and development of enterprise or large-scale software products
Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese is necessary.
Experience with web development and/or GUI development is required
Proficiency in either C++ or C# is required.
Experience with / AJAX / scripting is a bug plus
Experience with server-side development is a big plus.
Must have a positive attitude and attention to detail.
