岗位要求 Program Objectives Accelerate the development of young & energetic graduates into sales/ marketing professional individual contributors to meet aggressive business growth, through a structured program combining rotational assignments, interactive seminars, classroom training, coaching and mentoring. Program Introduction The Commercial Management Program (CMT) is an intense 2-year entry-level development program requiring 3 rotational assignments to accelerate the growth and development of exceptional talents. It prepares candidates for a successful career in sales or marketing by providing the opportunity to learn about our products, industry, and customers while making valuable contributions to the organization. With a dynamic training curriculum and structured assignments, program members can harness their outstanding communication, leadership, and technical skills to develop and demonstrate an understanding of quality customer partnerships: Will have three 8-month assignments in different Sales/ Marketing/ Supply Chain Management/ Commercial Finance roles, which cover different products / regions / customers in China. Closely work with local teams to understand customers' needs and provide suitable products to address those needs.Build solid knowledge and understanding of product application, market segmentation and commercial operations.Strictly follow internal policy and Company compliance standard.Will travel within and across the region. Eligible Requirement Fresh graduates with Bachelor/Master Degree, majored in Mechanical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering are preferred. Passionate in commercial career, willing to take challenge roles and work under pressure.Good academic record and active in social activities or rich intern experience.Geographic mobility all over China; willing to travel. Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good team player. Fluent in English is a plus.
