Commercial Management Trainee (CMT) 商务管理培训生Program ObjectivesAccelerate the development of young & energetic graduates into sales/ marketing professional individual contributors to meet aggressive business growth, through a structured program combining rotational assignments, interactive seminars, classroom training, coaching and mentoring. Program IntroductionThe Commercial Management Program (CMT) is an intense 2-year entry-level development program requiring 3 rotational assignments to accelerate the growth and development of exceptional talents. It prepares candidates for a successful career in sales or marketing by providing the opportunity to learn about our products, industry, and customers while making valuable contributions to the organization. With a dynamic training curriculum and structured assignments, program members can harness their outstanding communication, leadership, and technical skills to develop and demonstrate an understanding of quality customer partnerships:?
