Broad & Bright (ww***com[点击查看]) is a Chinese law firm rendering high-quality legal services at international standards. Our clients include multinational companies conducting mergers, acquisitions and other various transactions in China; we also help Chinese companies with their listing and financing overseas. We are looking for a foreign paralegal, whose work will include (i) polishing and translating legal documents; (ii) participating in due diligence, negotiation, and documents drafting for projects; and (iii) handling business liaison, marketing, and other general matters. The candidate should be an English native, has finished or is close to finishing college education, and has solid English reading and writing skills. Chinese language skills are preferred, but not required. Compensation for the paralegal is negotiable
