Responsibilities:

Fulfill development administrative work for VP of Engineerining, ODC managers and project managers, including
1)Status reporting collecting and verification – maybe not PSRs, but ODC level reports.
2)Document housekeeping, ODC binders, timesheet reviews, SOWs and contracts, headcounts and invoicing.
3)Admin stuff tracking – attendance, dress code, etc and report back to HR.
4)Collecting and calculating development related data.
5)Arranging team member US visits / invitation letters / visa materials / hotel, air tickets.
6)Arranging customer visits, hotels, car arrangement, and restaurant bookings.
7)Other admin work not defined above

Requirements:

1)Bachelor degree or above major in English or Business Administration
2)Excellent oral written English and Mandarin.
3)Good command of PC based operation
4)Strong at Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
5)Strong problem solving skills with excellent　interpersonal skills.
6)Pro-active, mature, diligent, analytical, well-organized
7)High reliability & confidentiality consciousness. Full time is a must and can work for at least 6 month. 公司简要介绍：
