Job Responsibilities:

Helpdesk support to end users include PC & software installation, dally troubleshooting
Network line and telephone extension transfer for users
Rollout new notes client R6
Rollout VPN for network access users
New employee’s computer installation
Requirements:
High school/ college degree with major in computer science or related
Familiar with WinXP, Office XP, PABX system; Previous IT support experience at multinational company preferred
Honest, hardworking and good team work
