Responsibility:
1、努力完成分配的业务拓展任务,保障执行顾问有项目执行;
2、业务拓展,了解客户需求(职位信息),撰写项目计划、方案及工作报告,签订委托招聘书;
3、收集行业信息,分析研究客户的要求,由猎头总监统一分配职位的访寻;
4、与客户保持良好的沟通,及时获取客户方对于项目执行的反馈信息;
5、配合执行顾问做好项目的跟进工作;
6、协助执行顾问进行项目的催款;
7、随时反馈市场动态。
Requirements:
1. 大专以上学历,对于人才中介和猎头的工作具有兴趣; 机械,理工科专业优先;
2. 熟悉企业招聘流程,具有cold call的销售开拓经验,熟悉各类岗位职责要求者优先;
3. 较强的沟通协调能力,优秀的谈判能力;
4. 较大的压力承受能力,性格开朗,责任心强,具有创业精神。

The position of Business Development Assistant is responsible for the development and qualification of new recruitment business for specific target markets of medium to large; multi-national, wholly foreign owned and joint venture businesses. Further to the development of new business, the management of new client relationships and the general promotion of recruitment services through various mediums to Shanghai and surrounding markets are the other key responsibilities of this position.
Job Requirements
Primary Responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain new customers through appropriate propositions, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure a steady flow of new recruitment cases to the consulting team including a smooth transition of cases and associated client and case knowledge to the consulting team.
Develop and deliver sales presentations to attract future business.
Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims.
Plan and manage business portfolio according to an agreed market development strategy.
Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g. promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing.

Specifications / Qualifications
