Position: Receptionist

Responsibilities
主要职责

- Receive visitors and direct them to the appropriate people
接待访客
- Operate switchboard, answer incoming calls and take messages
总机接听，传接，做好留言记录
- Sort and distribute incoming mails
分发收到的信件，签收快递
- Prepare outgoing mails and parcels and maintain postage records
负责公司需要邮寄的信件和包裹，记录相关邮资
- Order and maintain company stationary and other misc items
公司其他日常事务的管理执行和维护工作
- Book air ticket and hotel for travelers
为公司出差人员订购飞机票和酒店
- Perform typing and routine administrative work as assigned
打字工作和日常分配的行政工作

Qualifications
任职资格

-College diploma or relevant
大专学历
-One year relevant work experience, or undergraduates with relevant internship experience
一年以上相关工作经验，优秀应届毕业上也可
-Elegant manners, customer oriented
举止端庄，有良好的服务意识
-Good command of English and computer
良好的英文口语和计算机能力
-Hardworking and attention to details
认真细心，工作勤奋
