Responsibility:

- Manage legal files/records for Law Department, including safe keeping of
files and updating of file database
- Assist the legal assistant in handling contract review, legal research and
various legal related paper works
- Assist to collect and filing for annual disclosure declaration.
- Perform other projects or assignments as requested by the attorney.

Requirement:

Must:
Colleague/University Degree in business secretarial or English
Skillful in PC processing
Good Command of English both written and verbal.
Self-motivated, responsible, patient

Prefer:
Working experience in Law Firm or Foreign Invested Company;
Passed the CET-6
