Primary Responsibilities:
Focal point in each plant from costing function. Daily jobs include
Tracking / Reviewing Expense Request and Expense reimbursement
Tracking and analyze material efficiency and machine efficiency
Working with statistic clerk at each workshop to ensure accuracy of data collection and consolidation
Costing Maintenance in ERP system
Key partner to support plant manager to drive productivity. Monthly jobs include
Preparing costing Closing Entries for Month End
Prepare the account reconciliation on monthly/quarterly
Prepare the Variable Cost Productivity Report
Tracking actual cost by component for each product
Various expense / costing reports for plant mthly review packages
Participate the annually fixed assets physical count and inventory physical count
Coordinate with AP to monitor proper expense booking
Prepare the new standard cost for each SKU on yearly basis
Supporting on various costing analysis
Qualifications Required:
· Bachelor degree in Accounting; minor course in Computer is advantages
· Solid accounting skills
· Initiative, energetic and being able to work to tight deadlines
· Excellent interpersonal skills to work with cross-function team
· Process oriented, ability to prioritize and manage multi tasks
