Today, as a world-leading provider of telecommunication systems, Ericsson is not only keeping transferring a big amount of business to China, but also concentrating on enhancing its R&D technologies locally. This recruitment is intended to further enhance the development capacity in Ericsson R&D center in Beijing.

Position 1: environmental verification engineers(regular employee)
Position 2: function verification engineers(regular employee)
Position 3: function verification engineers(intern)
Position 4: radio performance verification engineers(intern)

Position 1: environmental verification engineers(regular employee)
• To design and establish verification scope, environment and methodologies.
• To carry out effectively and efficiently all the verification activities regarding Climatic, Mechanical, Power/PLD, Product Safety, EMC, Lightning, Acoustic and Robustness.
• To complete test record/report and analyze verification results.
• Responsible for Trouble Report (TR) and Change Request (CR) handling within the objects.
• External support, e.g. NAL and standardization of CCSA/TC9.
• Comply with and follow the directive, instructions and procedures in force in the company and CBC/XR.

Requirement:
• Master or Bachelor degree, major in EE or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of Wireless Communication systems
• Comprehensive knowledge on environmental standards and environment verification
• Familiar with Radio performance verification
• Good knowledge on SW tools such as Labview, HP-VEE etc.
• Open-minded, Good communication skills
• Hardworking and responsible
• Strong initiative and learning willingness
• Teamwork spirit
• Independent, self-motivated, enthusiasm and well organized with analytical mind
• Fluent spoken and written English
Position 2: function verification engineers(regular employee)
• To design and establish integration and verification scope, environment and methodologies.
• To carry out effectively and efficiently all the integration and verification activities regarding both sub-systme and node level.
• To complete test record/report and analyze verification results.
• Responsible for Trouble Report (TR) and Change Request (CR) handling within the objects.
• Comply with and follow the directive, instructions and procedures in force in the company and CBC/XR.

Requirement:
• Master or Bachelor degree, major in EE or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of Wireless Communication systems, especially the base station products
• Deep understanding of function verification concept
• Familiar with RAN signaling procedure
• Good at analysis and trouble-shooting
• Tools handling capability on both HW and SW
• Familiar with Unix system
• Basic RF measurement instruments operation
• Prefer Matlab, SQL, clearcase, C/C++, TCL, Perl, Python knowledge
• Fluent in English speaking and writing
• Independent, self-motivated, enthusiasm and well organized with analytical mind
• Strong initiative and learning willingness

Position 3: function verification engineers(intern)
• To design and establish integration and verification scope, environment and methodologies.
• To carry out effectively and efficiently all the integration and verification activities regarding both sub-systme and node level.
• To complete test record/report and analyze verification results.
• Responsible for Trouble Report (TR) and Change Request (CR) handling within the objects.

• Could work at company for full time for more than 6 months.
• Eligible candidates should get the approval from supervisor/mentor before the application and provide the written approval while on-board
• Excellent knowledge of Wireless Communication systems, especially the base station products
• Deep understanding of function verification concept
• Familiar with RAN signaling procedure
• Good at analysis and trouble-shooting
• Tools handling capability on both HW and SW
• Familiar with Unix system
• Basic RF measurement instruments operation
• Prefer Matlab, SQL, clearcase, C/C++, TCL, Perl, Python knowledge
• Fluent in English speaking and writing

Position 4: radio performance verification engineers(intern)
• To design and establish verification scope, environment and methodologies.
• To carry out effectively and efficiently all the verification activities regarding Radio Performance(GSM, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, LTE).
• To complete test record/report and analyze verification results.
• Responsible for Trouble Report (TR) and Change Request (CR) handling within the objects.
• External support, e.g. NAL and Trial.
• Comply with and follow the directive, instructions and procedures in force in the company and CBC/XR.

Requirement:
• Master or Bachelor degree, major in EE or equivalent
• Could work at company for full time for more than 6 months.
• Eligible candidates should get the approval from supervisor/mentor before the application and provide the written approval while on-board
• Clear concept about 2G/3G wireless communication system
• Good Knowledge and experience on radio test instruments
• Knowledge preferred: Electro-Magnetic Field & Microwave, Electromagnetic Compatibility, Labview, HP-VEE
• Open-minded, Good communication skills
• Hardworking and responsible
• Strong initiative and learning willingness
• Teamwork spirit
• Independent, self-motivated, enthusiasm and well organized with analytical mind
• Fluent spoken and written English
