The Siliconfile Technologies Inc.

(SFT) is an expert on CMOS Image Sensor, which was established in 2002. SFT, a Venture Company specialized in designing CIS,
succeeded in mass-production of 1.3M & 2.1M CIS using 0.18um Technology last October. As for the Man-Power, SFT’s engineers
are the 1st generation and have 8 years of experience on average in this industry. Last year(2004) was remembered as the year
when it was very difficult to receive investment, but SFT succeeded in Fund Raising from USA VC(DFJ) and Korean VCs as much

SFT is the first Korean company to contract and export its Image Sensor to Japan, which is the home of the Image sensor market

2004. SFT contracted over 70 of Handset models and started to mass
product and export to Taiwan, China & Japan in March, 2005.
