招聘部门：IBM CSDL Adapter Development Team.
工作地点：北京上地中关村软件园
招聘对象：毕业时间在2009年的在校研究生
时间要求：近期开始至少3个月，每周至少4天
工作职责：
- Responsible for WebSphere Adapters/toolings development and other related work.
- Solve problems and fix Defects to the previously released products.
- May involve in WebSphere cross-product development and participating technical communities/initiatives.
技能要求：
- Hands-on programming skills with Java and Eclipse.
- Rich development experience on Java/J2EE/JCA/Web applications.
- Skills of XML, JMS, BPEL, Web Services, WSDL, SOAP, SCA and SDO is a big plus.
- Skills of Eclipse plug-in development is a plus
- Good team player.
- Good Written/Oral English.
