岗位职责：
主责全球制造中心及运营管理中心专业类人员的招聘工作：招聘渠道拓展、招聘计划拟定、招聘具体工作的组织实施、招聘总结以及相关的人事类工作。

岗位要求：
1、本科学历，人力资源管理专业毕业优先考虑；2年或以上人力资源相关工作经验（特别优秀的重点院校人力资源管理专业的08应届毕业生可择优考虑）
2、知识要求：掌握管理学/组织行为学相关知识，掌握人力资源各业务模块的专业知识（其中熟练运用招聘模块相关知识）；熟悉国家有关劳动、社保、人事法规和条例；熟悉制造型企业的相关业务流程者优先。
3、技能要求：
1）基本技能：具有一定的英语听说读写能力，计算机熟练操作，具备较强的书面和口头表达能力；
2）沟通协调能力、组织能力、规划能力、具备较强的人员识别、甄选能力；
4、其他素质类要求：具备较强的人力资源从业求职意向；具备较强的亲和力、人际沟通力、工作认真踏实、积极主动；具备一定的人事敏感度和保密意识
