Position: Technical Trainer: Electrical Technology / /Mechanical Engineering

Company: one of the largest suppliers of wind turbines worldwide
Location: Beijing

Responsibility :
• Concept of educational events in the study area of our business: Basic and Advanced training in the electrical / mechatronic systems and subsystems of wind turbines, including the forms of teaching materials
• Implementation by seminars (learning accompanied)
• Accompanying of participants in the implementation of the learning materials in practice (make sure can be transferred)
• Development and care of a quality assurance system for the Academy

Requirement:
• Completed academic or professional qualification as a graduated electrical engineer, mechanical or process engineering or master / technician training with a qualified professional experience, would like also with vocational training
• Professional experience in professional or trainer positions in companies, which are in the metal and electrical industry, automotive or aerospace industry
• Educational knowledge
• Very good English language knowledge
• Strong "Hands-On" mentality
• High communication competence
• Team skills
• Good computer skills (MS Office family, visualization software)
