Retail CS --- 2-month Internship (1 headcount)

职责：
1. 大专或本科在校学生，可参加全天工作；
2. 熟练操作所有Office 应用软件；
3. 良好的沟通技能和团队协作能力，客户导向性思维；
4. 具有一定英语书写和口头交流能力。

职位描述：
1. 收集汇总每月各店铺人员考勤记录，将统计整理后的信息交于HR记录；
2. 店长会议记录、店铺需知汇总及发布；
3. 店铺各类日常包装物料申请安排；
4. 协助进行神秘客人的安排及调查问卷收集、核实；
5. 店铺各类表格的收集、汇总及转交相关部门；
6. 了解每次促销活动所得反响,并向相关部门提交报告；
7. 其他本部门相关工作的协助处理。

Requirements:

1. Undergraduate in 3rd or 4th University year;

2. Caring, patient, easy-going and customer-oriented personalities with good service attitudes;

3. Sufficient knowledge of PC applications and past CET-4 at least;

4. Full availability during the future 2 months;

5. Female preferred and similar experiences a plus;

Job Descriptions:

1. Check employee attendence and collect information reporting to HR;

2. Take MOM and dispatch relevant information as well as notifications;

3. Order daily shop supplies such as packing materials, etc.;

4. Collect answers and questionaires from customers and VIP visitors;

5. Follow up promotion activities feedback and consolidate information reporting to supervisors;

6. Miscellaneous;
