For our office in Beijing we are looking to fill the following positions as soon as possible:

===== Team Leader, Team Coordinator =====

Requirements:
-Experience in the management of teams.
-Very good understanding of the technologies used in the Internet and in the games market.
-Very good English skills.
-Very good communicative skills.
-You are goal oriented, and work independently and entrepreneurial.
-Teamwork with hands on mentality round off your qualifications.
-A goal oriented and communicative person: in short, a team leader!

Your responsibilities:
-You are responsible for controlling and coordinating of our development team/office in Beijing.
-You support the corporate controlling within the framework of cost and service calculations.
-You are responsible for the creation and continuing development of a transparent, meaningful reporting for the development and control of developer team.
-Your responsibilities also include the advisory support of business development.
-You perform project work.

-Very good experience in the development of web applications (PHP5, MySQL, HTML, CSS, ｊａｖａXXXXXX41; the creation of create automatic processes (i.e. Cronjobs ).
-Solid experience in Linux, Unix, IP networks.
-Work well under stress, are success oriented and communicative.
-Solid written and spoken skills in English.

Responsibilities:
-Leading and Coordination of a small developer team.
-Work independently on large and complex web projects.
-Project management.
-Convert game concepts into web applications.
-Database design.
-Documentation and archiving of sources as well as version control belong to your responsibilities.

-Very good experience in 3D graphics design software (i.e. 3DMax, Lightwave, Cinema4D, etc.).
-Solid knowledge in Macromedia Flash.
-Very good experience in designing of websites and game graphics.
-Experience in designing advertising materials (Animated Banners, digital presentations).
-Work well under stress, are success oriented and communicative.
-Solid written and spoken skills in English.
-High creativity.

Responsibilities:
-Work independently on large and complex game projects.
-Create 2D/3D Graphics for web games.
-Create game website layouts.
-You are involved game design development.
-Creation of advertising materials (i.e. Animated Banner).
