Roles and Responsibilities:

-Analyze the requirement specifications and keep communication with foreign clients

-Assist in the development and execution of Test Strategy/Plans

-Develop automated and manual Test Scripts

-Guide and support junior testers

Requirements:

-Computer related major with bachelor degree or above,overseas study or working expericence is highly preferred;

-About 3 years' expericence in web testing and proficient in SDLC and QA system;

-Rich experience in test automation and master in open source test framework Ruby/Watir,Selenium;

-Excellent communication ability with flexible mind,team management expericence is highly preferred;

-Fluent in English communication,be able tu work with foreign client independently;

-Be able to work in USA if needed
