Job Description of the Position

Department:Direct Sales

Position Title:Business Development:Oversea Travel Insurance

Grade:TBA

Reporting Structure:Direct Report to Head of Direct Sales

Main Duties
The Travel Insurance Manager is responsible for all matters concerning the development of travel insurance business, which includes travel agencies, Corporate Clients and other travel insurance related channels.
Responsibilities include:
1.Establishment and development of the Travel Insurance Team in Bejing Branch according to business needs
2.Establishing a clear business vision for developing Travel Insurance in line with business objectives of Allianz.
3.Development and implementation of pragmatic strategies and action plans for the Travel Insurance Team by collaborating with relevant Branch / Scale Office members all over China
4.Cultivating networks, formalizing new business development relationships and growing existing relationships in the market with potential clients to meet defined market development and production growth objectives.
5.Monitoring and management of the business / development process
6.Training and developing the Travel Insurance Team members at all levels to ensure implementation of best practices for measurable result with the support of the Training team and HR of Allianz.

1.Production & headcount budget & GWP
2.Number of channel developments in Beijing

Skills:
Fluent English and Mandarin, both oral and written, strong presentation skills and interpersonal skills, good sales leadership skill, good coaching skills
