杜邦公司2009实习生项目招聘流程

1．职位发布：2008年5月24日
招聘职位信息会在DuPont网站ww***.cn[点击查看]）/ChinaHR及各大高校就业中心网站/BBS上发布
2．职位申请：2008年5月24日-6月5日
DuPont网站ww***.cn[点击查看]）人才信息/现有招聘职位中在线申请
3．面试：2008年6月9日-2008年6月20日
a)参加人力资源部的面试。
b)人力资源部通知合适的候选人参加申请职位所在的业务部门的面试。

4．确认录取： 2008年6月23日-6月27日
通过上述全部面试的候选人会收到录取确认，并在人力资源部的帮助下办理相关手续。

Dupont 2009 Internship Program
Period: July –August 2008 (for some positions, longer internship will be provided)

General Qualification/Requirements:
Academic excellence with bachelor's degree or above
Same value Concept with DuPont
High proficiency in English and Computer
Proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Capability to work in a multi-cultural environment
Geographic flexibility and global mindset

Internship groups:

- Internship in Operation : total 12 positions

Location:
Shanghai Pudong, Shanghai Jiading, Changshu

Major:
-Organic Chemistry/Chemical Engineering

Main Responsibilities:
The person will be assigned to a DuPont manufacturing site and focused on one or two of below areas:
1. Maintain production consumable materials;
2. Maintaining the production batches in DuPont system;
3. Supervision to the contracted MFG;
4. Support and coordinate production

- Internship in Sales/Marketing: total 14 positions

Location:
Shanghai office

Major:
-Chemistry/Polymer Material/Chemical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
-Business

Main Responsibilities:
1. Business market survey, data collection and analysis
2. New account development
3. Customer visit
4. Monthly sales report update
5. Distributor relationship maintenance
