Position Title: PHP Development Lead
Quantity: 1
Work Location: Beijing

Job Responsibilities:
 Lead development team to ensure development projects are delivered to clients in a timely manner and meet the companys standard of quality and requirements;
 Works with team to provide business proposals to clients and discuss analysis, application development requirements, and solutions with clients;
 Participates in technical designs and walk-through;
 Works with Engineer Team to implement the application development project(PHP mainly);
 Competent in using of tools for application development and documentation.

Job Requirements:
 Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences or related subjects;
 3 years of hands on work experience with LAMP (Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP)
 Previous UI work experience preferred
 Experience in setting up and improving server configuration around the application server (Apache/PHP). Caching knowledge and real-time application
 Proficient in PHP and MySQL with 6-8 years experience;
 Proficient in a minimum of 1 of the following: JSP, ASP, C#;
 Participated in the implementation of at least two application systems development project;
 Excellent interpersonal skills. Proficient written English
 Good spoken English skills are required, have the ability to discuss technical issues in English over the phone
