岗位职责：
深入了解公司的产品及技术，发现和分析产品问题，汇报产品缺陷，验证产品缺陷的修复；
设计和实现测试案例，包括黑箱测试和白箱测试，参与产品测试；
设计和编写自动化测试计划；
为客户提供技术支持；
对业界相关测试工具进行研究，研发和实现产品自动化测试；

岗位要求：
数据库
对数据库方面，具有深厚的基础知识和经验，深入了解数据库的概念，体系构架，实现和部署。熟悉各类主流数据库且具有一年以上开发和使用经历，如Oracle，DB2，Sybase，MS SQL Server或其他的商用数据库，有过SAP，PeopleSoft，Siebel 或者其他企业应用软件开发和使用经验的将优先考虑。精通 SQL，PL/SQL 或 T-SQL；

JAVA
精通JAVA编程和面向对象的编程思想。至少具有一年以上的JAVA编程经验，熟练JDBC编程；

OS
具有各种操作系统的工作经验，如Windows系统，各种Unix和Linux操作体统，和Solaris，AIX等；

Web
具有丰富的Web开发经验，熟悉Web开发框架，如 Struts，Ajax和Ruby等；

软件测试
熟悉软件工程开发流程和软件生命周期；
有大型商业软件开发和测试经验；
有Web 应用测试和自动化测试等工作经验；

英语
熟练掌握英语听、说、读、写，应能够独立地和美国同事用英语进行交流；

教育背景
计算机科学或工程（Computer Science or Engineering）学士以上学位。

工作经历：
至少在相关领域具有二年至三年的工作经验，工作认真负责，具有良好的团队合作精神。有外企软件公司，尤其是北美软件公司的工作经验者优先。

Job Description
Composite Software(Beijing)is looking for an experienced and dedicated software QA engineer to help testing the companys state-of-art enterprise software.As an employee of Composite Software(Beijing),you will,together with your colleagues in the Beijing office,work directly with the QA and development teams in the U.S. headquarter,to test the companys cutting-edge information management systems.

Your main responsibilities include:
-Reproduce and identify specific issues related to the companys products,file bugs,and verify developers fixes for these bugs.
-Design and implement test cases,including both black box and white box test cases,to cover various aspects of the products.
-Automate test cases through writing various scripts and programs.
-Provide technical support to customer reported issues.
-Develop various QA tools to help organize and automate QA work.

Required Skills:
Database
In-depth knowledge and experience with data base concepts,architectures,implementation,and deployment is required.A qualified candidate must have more than one years working experience on Oracle,DB2,Sybase,MS SQLServer,or some commercial databases.Experiences with SAP,PeopleSoft,Siebal,or other enterprise software are big pluses for this position.Good knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL,as well as some dialects such as PL/SQL and T-SQL,is a must.

Java
-Solid Java or OO programming skills required. A qualified candidate should have at least one years hands-on experience in Java programming.
-Candidates should have solid knowledge and experience in JDBC programming.

OS
-Qualified candidates should have solid knowledge and working experiences on Windows and various Unix/Linux systems.

Web
-Qualified candidates should have good knowledge and working experiences on the current web development. Knowledge and experiences in web development frameworks,such as Struts,Ajax,or Ruby is a big plus.

QA
-Candidates should be familiar with software engineering processes and software life cycles.
-Candidates should have QA experience in testing large scale commercial software.
-Browser-based application testing and automation experience is very important to this position.

English
-Qualified candidates should be fluent in English communications, in both reading and writing, as well as in listening and speaking.
-Qualified candidates should be able to communicate with native English speakers without any problem.

Education
-Qualified candidates should have at least a bachelors degree in computer science or engineering.

Working experience:
-A qualified candidate should have at least two to three years working experiences in the related areas,preferably in a well-known software company. Working experiences in a well-known international company,specifically a northern American company,will be a big plus.
