ProPlus Design Solutions, Inc., headquartered in San Jose, California, USA, is a leading technology and service provider of advanced device modeling software. Founded in late 2006, the company successfully acquired the advanced device modeling product lines from the Cadence Design Systems, Inc, including the advanced device modeling extraction tools BSIMProPlus and NoisePro, and the advanced device modeling service lab, which have served as the de-facto golden solution for the worldwide semiconductor companies such as foundries, IDMs and fabless companies in the past two decades. The company is determined to not only to serve the existing customers inherited from Berkeley Technology Associates (BTA), Celestry Design Technologies, Inc., and Cadence Design Systems, Inc., as well as the new customers thereafter, but also to explore new market in the DFM/DFY related fields through the superior R&D technological innovations.

Besides its core R&D operation in the Silicon Valley, USA, the company has its second fast-growing R&D center located in Beijing which is looking for a number of capable and skilled engineers with immediate availability to work on the DFM/DFY related fields and device modeling. Position: Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer on Parser/Numerical Processing (Three positions)

Description: Develop and implement relative product/numerical algorithms for DFY/DFM.

Qualifications:
* Master Degree or above in EE/CS/Math or related fields.
* Good C/C++ programming skills.
* Good English skills in oral and writing.
* Details oriented with strong organized skills.
* Hands-on and on-time project delivery with high quality.
* The following skills and experience are preferred
- Strong background on numerical algorithm.
- Background on EDA.
- Development experience on Linux/Unix system and/or related working experience.
- Development experience on parser and/or related working experience.

Position: Engineer on system and product maintenance (One position)

Description: Linux/Unix system maintenance; product maintenance; specify, implement and maintain the testing system.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor/Master Degree in CS/EE or related fields.
* Experience with Perl, shell scripts on Linux/UNIX platform.
* Experience with EDA tools is a plus.
* Good English skills in oral and writing.
* Details oriented with strong organized skills.
* Hands-on and on-time project delivery with high quality.
* Strong and effective communication skills, team-work spirit, and independent working ability.
