IDEO Shanghai is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team for a temporary 6 month position.

Responsibility:
1 Answering and transferring phone calls
2 Make hotel reservations and booking air tickets
3 Ordering food and drinks
4 Manage mail and shipping
5 Provide other administrative support

Candidate Requirements :
1 Welcome fresh graduates to apply
2 Very good command of English and Shanghai dialect
3 College degree
4 Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and patience
5 Strong computer skills including Email, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
