Major Duties:
Assembling and fitting units, components and parts and precision tooling to build special-purpose machinery, robotic workcells and factory automation projects.
装配、安装设备及零部件和精密工具，以建立专用机械、机器人及工厂自动化工程。

Specific Responsibilities:
-Reads and interprets blueprints, mechanical drawings, operation and product-related reference charts and tables.

-Fits and assembles parts and sub-assemblies to build special-purpose machinery, robotic workcells and industrial automation systems.

-Selects mechanical measuring, checking and layout tools and devices and executes measuring, checking and layout operations.

-Capable of operating machine e.g. turning, milling, cutting and welding, etc.

-Assist the Designers, fabricators and vendors in the debug, integration and completion of systems.

-Measures to locate reference points, and drills and taps holes as needed to mount assemblies, components and parts, using hard tools and power tools.

-Analyzes engineering drawings, specifications to determine shape, dimensions, hardness etc. in the development of equipment, processes and products.

-Work together with the electrical Technicians during testing on power up and actuates switches and controls in prescribed sequence to determine if it meets performance specifications.

-Updates drawings and prepare engineering change forms for
documentation purpose.
根据文件控制的需要更新图纸，准备工程变更表格。
-Check drawing for accuracy, material selection, proper machining techniques, finishes hardness, etc.

-Ensure tools, equipment and company vehicles are well maintained and in good condition.
确保工具，设备和公司车辆被妥善保管。
-Responsible for maintaining good housekeeping in the workshop and site area.
负责保管车间内物品处于良好状态。
-Liaise with customers on any technical issue during installation and commissioning.
在安装及试运产期间，关于任何技术问题，与客户保持联络。
-Liaise with vendors for technical information and specifications.
关于技术问题和规格，与供应商保持联络。
-Adhere to all health, safety rules and company procedures.
遵守所有健康，安全规则和公司程序。
-May be required to travel overseas for short assignment, e.g. project discussion, installation, commissioning and training.

Qualifications:
Education:
ITC, NTC-2, NTC-3 or Secondary levels in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, metalworking or equivalent.
在机械工程，机械电子学，工程学，金属加工方面，具有中专或以上学历。

Experience:
Fresh graduate or 1year experience in mechanical engineering or metalworking. The employee must be familiar with commonly used components and tools, machining and able to work independently.
