Working period: around 6 months Preferred onboard Date: May/June 2008

Duties and Responsibilities

In this position, Document control intern can expect to perform the following duties:

1. Perform the final review of letters to be submitted to customers

2. Guarantee a timely letter submittal

3. Update letter submittal tracking table and generate daily letter submittal report

4. Receive customer letters, and responsible for internal distribution and generate customer letter receipt report

5. Check with customer on a weekly basis of the letter submittal and receipt record

6. Prepare and perform the final check of document submittal under the technology transfer contract

7. Maintain a good filing of the letters

8. Follow up any letter related issues and work as a liaison person with counterparties on customers’ side

9. Any other related tasks assigned

Knowledge & Skills

– Nuclear background knowledge is a plus

– Fluent oral and written English

– Good inter-personnel skills and team spirit

Attitude & Personality

– Self motivated and hardworking

– Willing to learn

– Must be a self starter

– Be able to work independently with little supervision

– Must be able to work in a team environment

– Well organized and detail minded

– Must recognize, maintain, and keep in trust all confidential information pertaining to the department or division. Employee in this position must be able to recognize nature of material and keep in full confidence all work entrusted. This high degree of trustworthiness is essential to full performance of the range of duties that make up this position.
