Position: Intern on mixed signal BIST and DFT
Description:
Work with other team members to design/simulate innovative mixed signal BIST for SoC including ADC/DAC, filter and PLL
-Skill & Background required
Good background on mixed signal design on ADC or PLL or filter.
Experienced in mixed signal DFT
Familiar with RF transceiver is a plus
-General requirements
MS or Ph.D candidate in EE or CS
At least 3-4 days (normal working time) per week for half year
