Job Description:

1. generate sampling document and work with global team to complete the process in requested time

2. daily assistant for sales urgent cases

3. assist follow-up contacts with vendors for marcom affairs

4. assist to transmit customer calls and samples

5. travel affairs arrangement

Qualification:

1. diligent, passionate and a good team player

2. fluent in written and spoken English

3. skilled in MS office, especially Excel

4. enough time (3 days a week) available for this part time job

5. ready to work under pressure and real challenges

6. former multinational experience is an advantage

7. junior is better
